Paper container problems do happen on a daily basis? Different foods getting scooped into a single compartment, the lid being shifted and causing leaks, and even having the bottom soaked through and dissolved...😣 I know these are common perceptions about paper containers, but there are actually ways to avoid these issues.😗 Let‘s revisit the secrets that Grace taught us about designing paper containers during the workshop:
1️⃣ Use a stacking/layered design
To provide separation between the different dishes
2️⃣ Utilize a 0.6-0.8mm thick rim design
To ensure the lid can fit perfectly
3️⃣ Add reinforcing ribs/embossed designs
To make the container sturdy and resistant to dissolution
4️⃣ Use rounded corners for the transition
To prevent stress deformation
